"I enjoyed my stay. The woman who checked me in was so pleasant and so was the employee who tended to breakfast each morning. I didn't have any issues. Just wish that maybe there was a guard on staff at night."

"Very nice accommodations. A few "stone face" employees but other than that, a nice stay."

"This was a great spot when it opened but the management company and ownership have not invested in maintenance, upkeep, or professional staff. I am never one to complain but do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else but here. I mean this place is such a joke that they have plexiglass coverings for the windows because the windows are not sealed properly and thus significant amounts of mold has grown in the windowsills"

"I was unfamiliar with the area, and the staff readily helped me and my son find a wonderful restaurant to dine at for dinner and then the next day a delicious restaurant for breakfast. They also helped me figure out how to use uber to get to the concert we had tickets for and helped us with ancillary food needs. And the late-night attendant helped me figure out my room's TV remote that was unfamiliar to me. Our rooms were off a quaint plant surrounded staircase. I will most definitely stay...

"Great hotel and great service. Feels like stepping back in time in lobby in a good way!"

"The hotel is everything you want from a boutique hotel. Its got personality, good vibes, well taken care of and a good bar. Loved it"

"Could not connect to wifi"

"The entrance is not as attractive as most Holiday Inn Expresses I have seen. But once you get inside everything is up to high standards. The breakfast was nicely laid out and dining area was very roomy and nice."

"Bugs in bathroom, really should upgrade the mattress. It’s not uncomfortable!"
