"Excellent service and accommodation"

"Room was clean, staff were understanding and underground parking definitely worth it. Price for the room was overpriced in my opinion. Each to their own. Overall a good place to stay."

"Very central within CBD & extremely large motel with huge amount of rooms. Rooms are in need of updating, (I have stayed in worse) but this was okay, bed comfortable, great tv, shower had great pressure & parking was great .. Cost of my room included breakfast which was good & had a reasonable array of food for breakfast. Overall I would use this motel again as pricing was about right for the standard of rooms, but needs a little bit of TLC Staff were very helpful and obliging also."

"Great place to stay with friendy staff in a great location."

"The staff were great to deal with and able to extend our stay the day before we arrived. The location was good with easy access and safe parking The room was spacious with a comfortable clean bed and large fridge freezer. The bathroom was also spacious with a roomy shower with abundant hot water and pressure. The fittings in the bathroom were shonky with the roll holder falling off along with a towel rail, these could be easily fixed. We would stay again."

"Nice to stay where the property actually lived up to the description. Clean, comfortable and spacious. A little dated but well priced for its age."

"We stayed for 3 nights in a 2-bedroom apartment as a family of four and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment was well-appointed, comfortable, and well-suited for a longer visit. The resort amenities are a real highlight. There’s a heated indoor pool (though still a bit chilly in winter), tennis courts with racquets available for complimentary hire, bikes, and even canoes and paddle boats you can use on the dam — plenty to keep the whole family entertained without leaving the...

"Room had a smoke smell to it, so we requested a move to another room. That room was ok. Amenities a bit old, but were clean and usable."

"Great room. Everything was clean and tidy. I loved the idea of the grey face washer. Excellent."

"easy accessibility, clean and well presented. Friendly welcome"

"Good, the swimming pool was very nice and worm."

"TV, microwave and kettle/toaster nice. Lights for some reason had no covers on them, too bright to leave on without the covers. Ended up finding them in the cupboard, carpet was a little sticky. Room wasnt available until a little after 2. Parking was limited car park was all filled up when we arrived back to hotel no where to park. We ended up leaving at 1130 pm to go back home. Would be suitable for couples or singles only staying a little while. Didnt suit us a family."

"A fantastic room, clean, cozy and warm. Free laundry too. Very much appreciated."

"A really convenient location easy to get to many of Ballarat's sights. The room was spacious and clean. Everything you need was there. The checkin process was easy as was checkout. The pool looked great as did the other amenities. The only thing that bothered us which was'nt a huge deal but it was the rooms outside light stays on at night and a big glow comes through the glass panel of the door."
