"Nice clean place"

"I got a nice room for a good price. It was clean and spacious. My biggest complaint is that my room was right next to a very busy highway and it kept me awake all night. When I mentioned the location of my room upon checking in, the front desk person said "you won't hear a thing." The highway was loud and busy all night. "

"It’s older, but the room was clean, the staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was pretty decent for an inexpensive hotel. It’s also near Walgreens, Walmart and plenty of restaurants, all within walking distance"

"There was construction being done. That I understand but the construction workers sat outside of the building drinking beer and listening to loud music until 1:00 AM. The instructions I was given is quite time is after 10:00 PM. Also, someone, not sure who had opened our room. We thought housekeeping was going to come in and replace tools, etc as they were just next door, but the door was left open all day. Also, there is a Strick non-smoking rule however, there was a large group of more...

"The manager was of no help in helping me change a room reservation date. His option to me was to book another room for the date needed and then call customer service to see about cancelling prior reservation. Then I get to the room and there is no soap,or shampoo, or body wash in the shower tub or sink near bathroom I call downstairs and they tell me that I would need to go back downstairs into the lobby and I could get some at front desk counter . They didn't even offer to bring it to my room...
