However, this place was superb beautiful room, hot tub, personally prepared breakfast sitting outside and covered patio area beautiful trees. I definitely will come here again.!"

"Good hotel for the single traveler. I enjoyed the convenience and simplicity. Very clean and comfortable. A no frills satisfier."

"Winnsboro Lake Retreat was very relaxing. The interior of the house was spotless. Every we needed and more was at our disposal. Beds were comfortable and the view out at the lake was great. We were a little disappointed that the dock was not usable. We were not informed before our stay about this condition and we should have been. We did not swim as the area looked unsafe to be in the water. Overall our stay was very nice."

"The house was great but the lawn needed to be mowed. Walking through tall grass to get into the house was not good. The inside of the house was very clean and neat."

"Rooms in rough shape, old furniture, missing fixtures in one room, missing knob for bathroom door in a 2nd. No bugs."

"A beautiful place to stay. Very much enjoyed it. "

"Great historical feel with all the current updates and amenities! It was so nice and cozy. The decor was beautiful and promoted local artists. A lovely cottage that we would highly recommend."
