Unfortunately our bathroom floor could have been cleaner, the sheets on our bed did not seem to fit properly, and the guests above us made so much banging/pounding noises but staff was willing to help intervene once I informed them. "Heck of a deal for a very nice hotel. Was not busy. Main issue was that the person checking us in could not find our reservation. Not by my name, reservation date, or reservation number. After about 15 mins she found it, not sure by which information. Glad I had the reservation receipt on my phone. Otherwise no issues. All went well"

"I waited for 15 minutes to check in as no one was at front desk and they did not acknowledge the “walkie talkie” left on counter to call them on. When she did show up, she was not friendly, not rude but just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Shower had mold all along the bottom."
