"Room was filthy, dust, dirt and cobwebs. Bathroom smelt like poo. Sink leaked. Entire room smelt of damp. Bed atrocious. The pillows were flat as pancakes and very old. Fridge didn't work. Staff friendly."

"Perfect B&B.
Sue and John were very welcoming and couldn't have done more for us.
Room was very spacious and comfortable. It was well equipped with lots of attention to detaill.
Everything was spotlessly clean in the room and the communal areas.
Breakfast was excellent with a good choice .
Only downside was the road which was a bit challenging but we got used to it!"

"We were a family group of 3 and of different generations. We all found the staff we met to be very helpful and friendly. We had an evening meal after arriving and breakfast in the morning, The food was very nice, large enough portions, with enough choice.
We stayed in the quadruple family room, with twin beds and a bunk bed. It was large clean and comfortable. The bunk beds were in a seperate room but were directly connected to the main bedroom. I thought the layout would be particularly good...

"Nice lounge to relax and read. Breakfast was great quality, lots of choice and good coffee!
We booked a private room with ensuite which was in the barn annex. This was basic, but ok, but the heating wasn't working in that building. Soaking wet after 20mile walk. Staff eventually moved us to another private room, 4 bed, in the main building.
On arrival at 5pm was told to order dinner before 6.30pm as there was a large group booked in at 7pm. So we did at 6.00pm only to be told the chef was now...
