"This was one of my best stays at a hotel and i been staying at them for over 40 years and this was the phenomenal outstanding staff wonderful service I would stay here every chance I get sad they out due Hilton, Marriot's, Holiday Inn, all tops hotel I ever stayed in"

"Had to wait one hour before the room was ready, also didn't get the room I booked. The TV was not accomodating...it would turn off and on by itself dnd the volume would not adjust. The toilet had a black ring in the bowl, the tub was dingy, bed covers worn and tattered. I always travel with bleach cleaning spray and lysol and I'm glad I did. Just not a fancy place, just average. I guess you got rhat you pay for."

"The staff was extremely nice from check-in to check-out. Each time I came back into the hotel, the young man who checked me in greeted me by name. The hotel was located on a quiet street and convenient to lots of shopping and eating establishments. I especially liked the lobby. The fragrance was great. I appreciated the 24 hour hot tea/coffee station. The lobby even had little cubicles where a group could sit and talk. The room was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the bed was not...

"They did not have a room that I booked through Expedia. Not hotel fault. Expedia’s fault. Will not book through Expedia again."

"Clean lobby and room and check in desk attendant allowed us to check in early which was great. However, outside galleries, stairs etc. are in horrible shape. Only remnants of safety strips on stairs remain and it was a “Where’s Waldo” event to find an ice maker. Pungent weed odor at stairwells so you could not avoid it. Busy weekend in Winston Salem so we were pleased to find a clean room but never again."

"The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The rooms were very clean and well laid out. There was a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the lighting in the bathroom wasn't bright enough. The staff was very welcoming and offered us bottles of water when we checked in. The breakfast was quite adequate and the staff kept the area well stocked. The coffee was good and there was a choice of half and half, 2%...

"❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"This hotel is directly across from the hospital, and I could leave the car there and walk over instead of parking in the hospital garage. That was much less walking for me. Even crossing across traffic required little waiting. The breakfast was nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. The only negative comments I have are 1) the toilets were low to the floor (hard for older people and tall people) and 2) there was nothing in the room to charge electronics....
