"Went there for the cool hot tub - but unfortunately it was down for the weekend"

"They messed up our payment. Keep trying to charge our card when it was paid through Expedia .Some of the front desk person was rude and unprofessional the manager wasn’t any better. I’ve worked in hotels for a lot of years and never would I treat guest like that and mess someone’s payment up."

"Before I checked in to my 1st floor room, I could hear this extremely loud noise coming from the " maintenance room" just down the hall. Could be heard throughout. Apparently has something to do with the pump, or filtration for the water slide at the indoor pool and playland. Anyway, was then given a room on the 2nd floor. The cold grab and go breakfast was minimal. Was told the night before they had waffles. Nope. They had instant oatmeal, but no microwave oven. Couldn't even find a wastebasket...

"Clean rooms but smaller than what I'm used to for a hampton. The staff could be more welcoming but then again I didn't have much interaction with them. The pool had no towels and the basket that had the dirty towels were overflowing. Would've been nice to have towels stocked for a weekend."

"The building felt old and there were things that were broken. The elevators felt old and had broken buttons. The room was ok. It was adequate for one night, but wouldn't stay again unless it was a really good deal."

"Had the do not disturb sign up and it was 9:30 am with an 11 O Clock check out. Cleaning staff didn’t knock and just entered completely ignoring the sign. "

"It was your basic hotel room. We had trouble with the shower/bathroom. The tub was rusted through on the bottom, and the water pressure was laughable. Also, it was either the temperature of the sun, or freezing cold with no in between. The staff was great and had answers to everything we asked. The elevators and hallways often smelled of weed, and seemed to leak through the vent in the bathroom. Other than that the bed was fine, and the TV was nice. "Checked in after a long time of driving, my bed didn’t even have a blanket on it and it had a dirty sheet. The pillowcases were clearly reused. I asked the front desk to get this rectified and she wasn’t sympathetic at all. Just OK we’ll get it fixed when we get it fixed and I was like well. I need a blanket on my bed. So eventually housekeeping came and I want to have a shower and the showerhead didn’t work plus there was no plug for the tub apparently since I booked through Expedia, it’s a...

"I checked in on Friday with my service dog. The staff was great. I was asked what floor and I suggested one closest to the ground. The hotel was very clean and stocked. My bed was very comfortable and I definitely will be back and I highly recommend"

"Room was not cleaned during our 3 day stay. They make you take out your own garbage at the end of your stay. There was no water or ice machine in the whole building. This is more of an apartment than a hotel. "
