"I wish we had a better experience but unfortunately this was anything but a comfortable stay. The toilet bowl was dirty, the television wouldn’t even turn on (and was very old), and the evening front desk person didn’t respond to concerns. I have no idea how this property has received anything but poor reviews from others except perhaps the breakfast is decent. We left before eating."

"The facility was close to the Carlisle Fairgrounds but also centrally located in the town. It is located away from the main road with a fence separating the property from the main highway. It has a large parking lot, a covered entryway and is a quiet facility. It is modern with a friendly, helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good with snacks available after breakfast. We hope to stay there on our next trip."

"Room was clean and bright. Bathroom lacked ventilation and got really stuffy in in too long. Breakfast was somewhat of a disappointment. Was hoping for more choices. Overall, a good stay however."

"A very rundown older motel. The dirty carpets in the room made my feet black on the bottom. The sink was crumbling and disgusting. The room door was all busted up and difficult to close. The shower, bed, TV and A/C were okay. The continental breakfast was a joke complete with a sign that says one item per person. The place is used as housing for homeless persons. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere."

"Our arrival was somewhat disappointing. I don't think the employee at the front desk was very welcoming toward Canadians. However, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was good, but the shower had a lot of hair in it, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything else was fine."

"The property was beautiful.. however after walking/carrying my suitcases and two small kids to the 2 floor due to no elevators ,only for my key to not work when I reached my door. After going to the front desk to inform that my key didn't work .it took about 10 -15 min and two additional trips to the front desk before the guy arrived to change batteries in door look. Other then that issue and that tiny bathroom, I have no complaints. I would definitely stay again."

"This property needs to be updated badly. The hallway leading to my room stunk, the ac filters were very dirty so we had to clean them and the ac still didn’t work that good. All in all I would not stay there again."

"Very poor condition. Bad smell. Sewer being pumped into the parking lot. People and kids being very loud until after midnight. I’ll pay more for a better place next time"

"Entire hotel was extremely clean. Rooms are spacious and spotless! Outside gazebo area was great. In Carlisle for a car show and a bunch of us got together at the end of the day to talk, listen to music and just hang out."

"Seems to be an older property in need of some sprucing. The a/c unit in my room was very noisy and blew cold air but not particularly dry air. The room was clean and the staff very attentive and courteous."
