"Staff was friendly and the suite was great"

"No breakfast available"

"Many things were disappointing. Towels were thread bare and stained. Shower tub did not drain. Towel rack falling off wall. Toilet “ran” all night. Kleenex box empty. TV remote batteries kept falling out due to missing cover. Drapes were stained. Mirrors dirty. AND elevator was broken and front desk didn’t check with me if that being on a upper floor was ok?? But the A/C did work!!"

"I was given what was supposed to be a non- smoking room. The room smelled so strongly and badly of smoke I couldn’t stay in it for more than 10 minutes. It was burning my nostrils and throat. I was still coughing the next day. The room was not very private and neighbors were playing loud music nearby. There was a fly in the room. Lots of deep potholes on the road. Didn’t feel safe as there was no secondary locking mechanism on the door."

"Great place"

"Jenifer at the desk tried to deny my emotional support dog, and then charge me- which is against federal law. She actually said ‘I’ve had a day’."

"It was okay hotel"

"The hotel is outdated and the walls are thin. Once I fell asleep it was all good. Can’t help guests that are not considerate after 9pm."

"It was a very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable bed. Loved it."

"Clean, quiet, breakfast, late checkout out and indoor pool"

"FUN hotel experience. Clean room, super accommodating staff, & the bar/restaurant was fantastic. Game room was fun even for our kids."
