"We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was great and super friendly. And the place was very clean. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. We weren’t expecting all that. They had happy hour one day,special treats out the next. We plan on staying here again the next time we are in the area."

"This is our third visit to the carriage house and we love staying here. We come every december to spend an early Christmas with family. We wouldnt stay anywhere elsr. This past weekend though, The Diamond All Stars Cafe was not open and the other place associated with the carriage house doesnt sell breakfast so we were on our own both saturday and sunday for breakfast. "

"Traveled late at night. Paid 500.00 on my credit card for 22nd December tru December 28. Spent 2 hours looking for pet friendly hotel. After traveling til 11:30 at night to get to my paid for room. I WAS TOLD NO CAT!. .the older woman running hotel was rude and told me to go elsware with my cat. I am a 59 year old single woman who spent my birthday..December 23 sleeing in my car at a truck stop in the middle of snowstorm.. not a very pleasurable experience. Would not recommend. False...

"This property is so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved mornings and evenings on the deck watching horses and cows on the hillside while listening to birds. Short drive into Erie, where we absolutely loved Presque Isle state park. Also loved Riverside Brewing which is 10 minutes away. The owners were very welcoming with a sweet note and vase of fresh-cut lilacs from their bush. Would definitely come back"
