"My keys didn't work....and to get remade 3 different times.....no clock in room.....shower curtain was dirty...bed in comfortable "

"The room was okay, but the toilet/shower area showed signs of age and the vent was full of dust. Breakfast is from 6-9 am. We got to breakfast at 8:25 am and there were only a few eggs and bagels left- no biscuits and gravy, no yogurt, no waffle mix, no cereal, no sausage, no oatmeal, etc. Very disappointing!!!!"

Also was never given my pet deposit back when there was no issues when left "
