"This hotel was not as pictured. It was dingy and very worn. Carpets were dirty, bathrooms felt unclean and very used. For over $400 a night I expected a cleaner, maintained hotel."

"I booked this room by accident two weeks ago. The manager wouldn't let me cancel&refund or change the date so we stayed across town that night & had to keep this reservation or lose the money.
There is no dedicated or close parking so prepare for valet ($65).
Check-in went smoothly and the valet and front desk staff were great. We got to our room, opened the door, & stepped onto a sticky floor. As we walked into the room we noticed the "queen" beds were actually full, the lamp over the couch...
