"The room had a rug and it didn’t smell very good. The windows didn’t have screens and were extremely dirty. The bathtub had hairs in it. The a/c was old and extremely dirty. I was never given a receipt."

"This was our second time staying here. We liked the place so much the first time that we booked it again, when we had to come back to Timmins. It will continue to be the place we stay. Very clean and quiet. Staff are great too. 100% recommend this place if you’re ever in Timmins."

"The hotel is dated. The room was okay, but the furniture was old and worn. The staff had poor customer service skills. When I arrived, Jvagel was rude, raised his voice at me, and tried to force me to pay a $25 insurance fee for one night in an old, outdated building. I felt completely unwelcome. The room wasn’t clean. The toilet was dirty, the desk chair was worn out, and the beds were uncomfortable — old and very hard."

"It is an older property. The room was clean. The price is reasonable."

"First couple of nights there was a lot of noise. Hotel was accommodating and moved us to a quieter room. Hotel has the only pool which is a bonus. Cleaning staff were very accommodating. Over staying was excellent except for the couple of disturbances. Highly recommended if your travel with children on a budget."
