The breakfast was convenient, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience much better—unfortunately, the room wasn't as clean as we expected. We also found the housekeeping staff weren't very friendly or engaging. Even though the rest of the staff provided excellent service, we appreciated their kindness and willingness to help"

"Luckily the amnesties included a couple of fast food restaurants because the hotel did not have a restaurant or bar. It seems the person responsible quit 2 weeks ago. Other than this all was good."

"the property was pretty new so everything was clean and modern. Staff were great helping me solve technical difficulties. The reason I was not too happy was with the front entrance. My mother walks with a walker and/or cane. There were two high cement front steps that she had to climb. There was no railing to hold onto. The sidewalk dipped down right in front of the steps so made the first step even higher. There was no ramp area. Also the front door was very heavy. There was no way she could...

"A walk in shower is an excellent Idea for a hotel great for seniors, great for cleaning staff. Wha I didnt like? Not having breakfast earlier. I needed to be on the road suoer early. I think having breakfast start at 5am woukd work better especially in that area."

"Check in was easy. Staff friendly and informative. They didn’t ask for or record my driver’s license number which I was pleased about. That should not be use for anything other than insurance, law enforcement, and MTO."

"For $300 a night stay to not be allowed pool or hot tub access is just ridiculous 🙄 It's an extra $48 per person to enjoy pool area and that's only for the time your there. Once you leave time's up! The bathroom floor in room looked like a poop stain on floor, no - broken bathroom hooks on door. Floors weren't cleaned at all. Would not stay again!!!"

"This place is such a beautiful peaceful place, the staff is amazing and so friendly. They upgraded our room even with dogs as there are only certain rooms they allow them in. After a 10hrs drive we arrived to a friendly smile, tour of the place and also complimentary beers on them! The room was clean, and the staff was on site and on standby at anytime to help with anything. Highly recommend this place and also will be booking here again in the future for our trips up north. ☺️"

"This was the first time we stayed here we go to Kirkland every year for the Races and I must say I was very impressed with first of all the price and it was super clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very polite he walked through the room with us and made sure everything was ok asked if we needed everything extra Would most definitely stay again"
