"The hotel and grounds were lovely and clean. The breakfast was great and lots of choice. Rooms ideal as there was a large TV, fridge and microwave (also air con) Housekeeping every day and all the staff were lovely. The only downside for me was the location as about 6 miles to the city. You either have to drive or be prepared to pay for an Uber. Overall a very nice stay :)"

The lady at check in was rather unfriendly, although I had driven 500 miles that day and she probably mistook me for another one of her scumbag guests. Unfortunately, being that it is on the more thrifty side it attracts a fair amount of people that live in the bushes behind the parking lot half the time. "Good experience overall, and very easy to send them with my car. Overall found the place a little grungy for the price like there was a stain on the carpet and something on the wall that looked spilled. Not disgusting just not spotless I would say. The coffee was never there in the morning it felt like and that was a little annoying. However overall good experience, felt safe and comfortable so good experience overall."

"The room was updated and clean. Room service was served all day until 11pm. All of the staff (concierge, house keeping, and valet) were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was great, my issues were with the facility. My shower has almost zero water pressure it was just trickling out of the water head. The air unit in the room was so loud I just had to turn it off and be hot. I tried leaving it on but when it kicked on while I was trying to sleep it woke me up every single time. I tried calling down to the desk multiple times because of those issues and because the WiFi stopped working after day 2 and could never get anyone to answer. I won’t stay here...
