"Had a newly renovated room, was clean and tidy but the toilet seat is loose. Could do with a mirror in the bathroom which would make it more convenient. The time of our stay the hotel is undergoing a full renovation and some parts have building work going on "

"Plumbing & fixtures all updated, only complaint was the showerhead was a bit short. Carpeting newer and all design features clean. Staff were very friendly, talkative, morning staff had good attention to detail-cleaning up after each guest left dining area. No protein for bkfst but had juice, yogurt, waffles, cereal, toast, coffee & teas. I was concerned that we would have noisy room as we were by stairs, but other guests were considerate and quiet. Quiet area but close to wharf-heard city...
