"Our check in was really not good as our rooms were not ready for an hour after check in time so we ended up late for an engagement. I understand the circumstances as as they had a large number of check outs that day and couldn't get everything clean fast enough. And they did upgrade us for the trouble, so they handled it well, it was just a rough and annoying start. The rooms are very nice, spacious (we ended up in the deluxe rooms facing the water). "
