"Loved the room, the beautiful courtyard with a firepit, the lobby with fireplace, the free breakfast and later in day, we found cider donuts by the front desk! The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the free Tuesday/Thursday happy hour was wonderful!"

"A very comfortable hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly staff."

"We went there just"

"Super nice staff and really nice. Hotel with amenities."

"Not sure if it’s the area but this hotel seems expensive for what it is especially with the extra local fees added at the hotel! It is in a nice location near the lake and a walkable distance from restaurants. Room was comfortable but no coffee facilities in the room - you have to walk down the corridor to fetch it (not ideal first thing in the morning). The coffee machine there wasn’t brilliant & cold water tap broken. We ate lunch at the cafe in the hotel on a rainy day and it was pretty poor...

"Breakfast was excellent and the service by Christine was excellent! She deserves a great deal of credit for attending to a large variety of food as well as assisting guests. Hotel very clean in both my room and the common areas."

"Very noisy. Couldn’t sleep at all plus there was a smoke alarm on the ceiling that flashed every so often to indicate it was working which is fine. But it reflected off the TV and hit whoever was sleeping on the left side right in the eyes. Very poor placement of the TV. Room felt very dysfunctional. Lots of wasted space without useful things to put anything on. Lastly no coffee maker. Small things make a difference when you’re traveling."

"The Vermont Suites are spotlessly clean and they have provided thoughtful details such as bedside tables, electrical outlets, and flexible wall-mounted lights on both sides of the bed. The units are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed walking just a short way to a very good wood-fired pizza restaurant. I would go here again!"

"very clean, lovely fall decor @ entrance, very friendly, happy staff. the breakfast is very good, especially the fresh berries!"

"This property should not be offered to the public. It is extremely run down. T"

"very nice room service and front desk staff."

"I liked that they had a kitchen in the room."

"My room was not available at the check in time of 4pm. Breakfast was good and the staff was accommodating. The shuttle back and forth to the airport was excellent. The location of the hotel was good."
