It was well insulated, and even though we knew there were kids playing there, we didn't hear a thing in our room. We were able to park right by our room and use the rear entrance accessed by our room key. The only issue I had was that both the ext hallway and pool doors would hang and not close properly unless forcibly shut. That is a safety issue that needs to be...

"Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower was a good size. Air was cold too. Parking was less than ideal if you get back to the room late, but other than that it was budget friendly and clean."
