"Clean room, affordable rate and very cloae to airport and restaurants."

"Bathrooms need updating and there were french fries and what looked like vomit outside my door this am... Don't take cash at the bar."

"Carpets throughout were stained, sheers in room were torn and room very tired. Clean but in need up updating. Disappointing overall for the price of the room. Hotel is close to Duke and we did find a great place to eat. Try Local 22 Kitchen & Bar. Very good restaurant, reasonably priced nice atmosphere. Would have chosen a different hotel if condition was known ahead of time. "

"Our stay was great, the location was convenient, the room was plenty of space, the bed was comfy, the indoor/outdoor pool was exactly what we needed. Will we be back? Absolutely & for no reason at all. We are kind of local, we’ve found out quick friends with kids overnight vacation!"

"I had to contact the front desk twice for the heat not working. They had to send a maintenance person to the room twice. It still continued to not work through the night, the room was very cold. I woke up with a runny nose and coughing."

However, I should’ve known something was wrong when I noticed a lot before smelly cardboard from them storing furniture in the lobby or when I step into the elevator and saw a chipped panel. That should’ve been an indication. But instead I proceeded to the room and once I got there on immediately notice it smelled like cigarettes. Which says a lot coming from a cigarette smoker. "Absolute hole in the wall! Nothing like the bright,beautiful pics. Felt bad for the housekeeping girl that she had to deal with this mess. Didn't feel safe and worried my vehicle wouldn't be there or parted out when I woke up in the morning. You'll understand when you pull onto the property and the plexiglass separating the manager from the customer. I actually packed up after my daughter's graduation and drove the 7 hrs home. "Overall, the general condition and staff are fine during our stay. However, the light above the mini bar where is coffee maker is located was out-off order, and still not replaced regardless several repeated inquiries for repair. Basic room service is only upon request. "
