"Cleanest room I’ve stayed in in a long time and we are frequent travelers who usually stay in much more expensive rooms. Cozy beds, nice bathrooms. Nice decor. Highway is loud but we always bring a white noise machine anyway so it didn’t bother us. Noon checkout was awesome. Reception staff was so sweet."

"The room was clean and the bed was relatively comfortable, but the room smelled strongly enough of stale cigarette smoke that we actually bought Febreeze and sprayed everything down. Even after that, we had to wash everything fron our bags to get the smell out. If you just need a place to stay for the night, and cost is a consideration, you probably won’t catch anything here, but you will want to be ready for the stale smells. A coat of paint and some new linens would make a world of difference."

"We loved the lake view off the deck. Pretty clean room. Some of the plug ins didn’t work. That’s about all the negatives on our room."

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the conditions were completely unacceptable. From the moment I checked in, there were live bugs on the walls and dead bugs all over the floor. This alone should have been a red flag, but the situation got worse. On the final night, I discovered bedbugs in the room. At that point, it became clear that this was not just a minor cleanliness issue but a serious sanitation problem. Staying in that environment was extremely uncomfortable, and I now have concerns about contamination of my belongings. This is not something any guest should have to deal with, especially over multiple nights. I reported everything at checkout and am pursuing a full refund. I strongly caution anyone considering staying here. Until these issues are properly addressed, this property should not be hosting guests."
