"The room was large, very clean and nice and the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was 3 air conditioning systems going non -stop right next to our sliding door, and the fridge in the room was very noisy. The light switches were unnecessary complicated. The staff were very nice and helpful. I guess the worst thing was the swimming pool times: 8am to 6pm. These are ridiculous times in a hot climate, but on top of that, the first day, we turned up just after 8 am and it was still not open,. When we came back in the evening, tired and sweaty at 5:50 it was already locked.
We arrived on a Sunday and had a meal at the restaurant which was inedible and expensive. I think all these problems could be easily remedied with a bit of good will."
