"I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Guntersville, Alabama. Everything and everyone was great; excellent service, excellent customer service and support, and accommodations for my disability were good. Only one thing that I would suggest is putting a less tall mattress on the bed. I had some trouble transferring from my wheelchair onto the mattress as it was too tall. Other than that, I will definitely stay there again and highly recommended them to to others!!"

"The front desk offered to help me carry in my luggage. That goes above and beyond regular customer service, that is down right awesome. The room is spotless, the appliances are brand new, and they have continental breakfast included in the room price. Best of all the breakfast includes waffles. Boaz is well worth the trip, it has it all plus so much more!"
