"Good"

"The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the couch cushion had stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette also drained slowly. We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool towels clean. It closed fairly early too which was upsetting (8pm). The breakfast buffet was okay, but the warm food didn't stay that way, and they ran out of...

"Everything was fine except for check in process. Rude, condescending clerk. Didn’t start off the stay very well but the room was great, pool good, breakfast fine."

"The hotel was well staffed, has a very convenient location with lots of options for food nearby, and though I did not use the restaurant at the property I did pick up some treats from these convenient snacks in the lobby, which was great. All the staff that I saw greeted me and made me feel welcome. There were plenty of baggage buggies and everything was super easy to navigate. "

"Pool was green. There was a bucket outside of our room catching a drip and it wasn’t the only one on the hallway. Our beds felt damp the entire time."

"The room had a musky smell, there was a thin layer of mold on the wood, the sheets were stained, the tub and toilet were stained with age. I did not look at the customer reviews before confirming the reservation. There are plenty of positive reviews, but I think that they are fake because they do not reflect my experience."

"Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel! Staff was super nice and the room was great! Stayed in a room with king size bed and had a nice sitting area with love seat. Room fridge and AC was super cold and bathroom clean and shower water pressure appropriate. I am not one to give overall good ratings to hotel, but this is definitely the nicest one I have stayed at in a while. Stayed in a DC hotel that was $400 a night and this place wins in every area hands down!"

"It was a very clean, quiet room. GREAT bed! I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast but it looked like there was a nice variety. The Check in girl was so sweet. And the girl at the desk when I checked out was sweet, too. The only thing - both mornings I woke up to the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I kept thinking it was coming from the room below me but when I left I noticed there were cigarette butts in the handicap parking place next to mine - along with dog poop. I think the smell was...
