"Customer service was excellent. I think the breakfast could be better. Room was clean smelled fresh and bed was comfortable"

"Infested with ants. stains on the bathroom ceiling I wouldn’t have complained except for the ant infestation that’s an automatic one star rating"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The room was as described, we enjoyed the area and had a nice dinner at the lodge."

"This was one of the best stays I had on my 3 week trip! Everyone was very kind and helpful. The restaurant on the roof top was excellent. The rooms were very clean! Very nice place to stay."

"I was thrilled with this quick stay. We came to visit Liberty University and is super close. The hotel is beautiful and clean and decorated super cute. I will stay here again for sure."

"The room was ok but it had someone's sticker on the bathroom door jam, some of the ceiling tiles were not laying flat (that's kinda creepy) the pool was not usable it was so green that you could not see the bottom, It needed to be covered. Short staffed i guess so our room was not ready at check in time."

We utilized the iron and the hair-dryer, and the in-room coffee maker, too, thank you! (I always bring my own ground coffee, just need to remember to bring a coffee filter.) Owners/managers were on sight and available. I had arrived close to midnight, and the lobby had a kiosk where you interact with...

"The room was nice and the staff was friendly. Good customer service."

Just very unkempt building and as we left, we noticed the room across from ours had a hand-installed steel flap with a dial lock clamped on it. Creepy. Tripped on the torn hallway rug that led to the elevator buttons that wouldn't light or chime. Unfortunate."

"The parking was great but the property is in serious need of a renovation. It is obviously neglected and falling apart. The first room we were assigned had a badly stained bedskirt the carpet was stained and frayed and there was no phone and the TV did not work. The tub was rusted out by the drain and the undermounted sink was hanging off the countertop. The shower rod was broken. All the doors had stains and watermarks. We did ask for a room change and the room was better but still not good. I...
