"Had a great time. Property was beautiful. Staff amazing overall. Downfalls - bed mattress was failing and very uncomfortable and guest services/housekeeping was unresponsive. Also, no iron in room or a place to hang any clothing. Food was wonderful, pool areas and grounds were wonderful and safe! Would return again."

"This hotel is good. It’s a decent place to stay but there is nothing fancy here if that’s your preference. It was crowded and it made eating in the morning difficult so we opted for breakfast elsewhere. For a plus, it was right on the walking path that we used daily on our visit."

Away from hotel on a dirt road not well lit at night. When you are traveling alone that can be frightening. Stayed on the third floor, no working elevator n the last day with lots of luggage to bring down several flights of stairs with no help from staff. Very disappointing. Will not be back here, ever. "

"So this is actually a vacation club that they try to get you to sit through a 45 minute sales. The room was good and it is a nice and quiet property. There is a couple things I did not like.
