"Cleanliness at its best. Location is prime facing bahsa and patchi cafe. Amenities are good and well maintained. Very helpful. Breakfast is not the best - would recommend skipping it. Beds are comfortable but need a bit of maintenance. Highly recommended"

"Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it"

"prime location, misleading listing. I thought we were staying at a resort. Turns out this listing has nothing to do with the resort. If we needed new towels we had to pay for them, the room comes just as is. It’s an apartment unit inside the resort but with no association to it. Would have booked something else if i knew this wasn’t a resort stay. Amenities were good with hot water, AC, TV, and washer.
