"The hotel is well maintain and beautiful. The staff was super helpful as we arrived very early and had a cooler. They kept it inside and even froze our meats since we had to keep traveling the next day. We felt safe and happy. The elevators are a bit tricky since they all go different places such as the garage but they are well labeled, you just got to READ the signs. "The A/C in our room was broken…80° all night. Clearly there were A/C issues in the entire floor as the lobby on the 4th floor was hot too. Called the front desk; never offered another room. The property is very cool and historic. It was disappointing to have this issue. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well apportioned. The on site restaurant is only open for breakfast which was also frustrating."

"The hotel and staff were wonderful my lacking a stars because you have to pay to park at this location. Nothing was said ahead of time and you must park here there is no offsite parking available. Very disappointing. We will probably not stay here again because of this new policy."

"The staff were fantastic! However the room was not very clean, holes in the walls, looked like someone burnt a hole in the floor, and smelt horrible! That being said, it was cheap and I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for."

"Very old and run down facility. Room was spacious but musty smelling. Breakfast consisted only of toast, muffins, and dry cereal. Cleaning staff did not appear to have a mop so person on duty used a towel and his foot to “clean” all floor tiles in lobby. I will not use this facility again and would not recommend it to others."

"My family and I stayed in Hanging Cabin #9, which had bunk beds suited for my two children. The cabin appeared to have been recently renovated, with new flooring and a well-equipped kitchen. It included a TV (unlike other cabins we've stayed in without one) and a nice jacuzzi. Keep in mind that being outdoors means bugs may be around, which is not the property's fault but a natural occurrence. A bit of pest control before guests arrive could have made this place an A+."

"Dog feces, indoors, in the front entryway. Hole in bathroom wall from door handle, spackle missing entirely or mold on the ceilings. It is absolutely not safe to stay here, door was messed with and jimmied during the night, but had the door barricaded, left before dawn and didn’t stay the second night. Ideal place to stay if you plan on cooking meth or have a deathwish."
