"Good hotel close enough to downtown. Made commute easy."

"Great place to stay! Breakfast was amazing like the fact it lasted until 2 which means you could order brunch! Also had nice drinks! You do have to pay if you don’t buy the breakfast package! Rooms clean loved the bathrooms the bed was a lil worn down but the staff kept the rooms clean! Also there aren’t any microwaves or fridge in the room, found out later Ice was on every odd number floor!"

"Wonderful place to stay. Easy walk to 16th Street"

"The experience was disappointing due to the unwelcoming and unfriendly front desk staff. However, the doorman and restaurant staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Their excellent service was truly appreciated!"

"The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of dining options on the property. The pool complex was really nice - great for families. They had a couple scavenger hunts for kids which was great also!"

"The elevators are a wreck. There are two sides. To get to the parking, you must take a particular elevator. If the other elevators open (that do NOT go to the parking floors), you must let those close then try again (all 4 are connected but only 2 go to parking floors). It was frustrating. Even the staff acknowledged it was dumb. Then our key card didn't work, so we were basically trapped in the elevator. Got to the front desk where the guy wouldn't fix the card so I could go back up to my room...

"When I opened sleeper sofa there was mouse droppings. Didn’t say anything so my daughter didn’t freak out."

"Very nice stay. Rooms comfortable. Clean. Decor fun."
