"Lovely place, weather did not cooperate so we couldn't take advantage of outside gardens and decorative areas. Inside spas, pool, jacuzzi and sauna were well kept and clean. There staff there were accommodating as they could possibly be- there was a wedding going on that same day. Eventhough your free to roam the facility, it was little awkward waking threw the wedding party. Im sure if we had picked a night were there was no event booked, we would have had a much better experience."

"The girl at counter initially helpful- one employee down- so she had too
Much to do- graduation weekend- chaos- our room was not acceptable- ac malfunctioning, no other room available - banking like crazy - girl couldn’t help - overwhelmed
With customers. Booked thru Expedia- so they intervened and we got our money back- the hotel initially didn’t want to do that. Maybe other times the hotel is ok- might be just one off"

"My recent stay at the Omni New Haven was truly excellent. The hotel reception staff were super helpful and amazing at both check in and checkout, the room was super clean and well appointed and breakfast was delicious. The Omni will be my hotel choice whenever traveling to New Haven."
