"We only stayed for 1 night I was so impressed with the front desk! So kind and thoughtful for our anniversary as well as the amenities... we got unexpected snow and they helped us have a fantastic night!
The architecture was stunning, the room was beautiful and the convenience of train station was perfect!"

"The staff overall was very unfriendly and not helpful. We stayed 3 nights and our sink was clogged. We asked for service and didn’t receive service until our last day. The toiletries in the room were empty and the bottles were broken. We also received drink tokens however the bar and coffee shop that they could be redeemed in were closed for private events so they could not be redeemed. They also offered a car service for locations around hotel but the car was never available throughout our...
