"My stay was an absolute nightmare, and Expedia labeling this property as a VIP hotel seriously damages the credibility of the program. I was placed in a room facing a large dusty outdoor AC unit, the shower worked sporadically, and the refrigerator only stayed on when the room key was inserted — something never explained at check-in.
