"Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Hot breakfast included.
No lighting in the back parking lot. Some single customers may not feel safe. Darkness is an invitation for vehicle break-ins. I reported this before. Please fix!"

"I was told the pet fee was $25 when I called but when we got there it was $57.
When I brought this up while checking inthe front desk staff just ignored me then told me my room number.
My kids were soooo excited to go to the pool after a long day stuck in the car. But when we got there they didn’t want to swim because of the horrible smell.
It smelled like rancid sweat or like some decaying something I can’t even put my finger on it.

"We had pets and the front desk was not very helpful with where to take them outside. And all of the grass around the property has been treated with chemicals so not ideal for dogs. The main reason for the bad review is I booked and cancelled and they rebooked the same reservation (we had a doc appt and the timing changed and they changed back) and even though it was within 24 hours, mgmt did not agree to a refund so we had to pay twice for the room.
