"It was really difficult to access the key box late at night. After repeatedly entering the code and having to use force, it finally opened. The room was cleaned daily except for the dishes. I didn't know we were expected to do our own dishes ."

"Older building, funky smell. Older furniture, bed not so comfortable and not the cleanest room. No room service, you need to go down to the hotel restaurant and order it and get it yourself, very inconvenient, restaurant staff rude, food not the best. Expensive car parking, self parking no valet. Not the best experience for a 4 star hotel. "
