"Initially,They did not have a room with double bed. I paid extra for it. The room they had for us had 3 single beds...😲the guy tried to blame Expedia for it. "Péssimo. Fiz reserva, a mesma foi confirma, entrei em contato por telefone com o anfitrião conforme, orientação. Mas ao chegar para o CHEK IN. Me informam que não havia reserva. Tive que pagar um hotel mais caro e tive despesas com transportes. Experiência terrível e indesejável. Não sei se a culpa do hotel.com ou do hotel para o qual fiz a reserva. Não recomendo. "

"La atención de recepción muy buena, en el desayuno la Sra de la cocina cortó la atención 45 minutos antes del cierre del mismo (10hrs) dejando solo la opción de autoservicio. La habitación del hotel, mala…. Se escuchaba todo lo que ocurría afuera en pasillos y otras habitaciones. Solo tenía una ventana pequeña, baño sin ventilación. Fotos publicadas no representan la realidad. Instalaciones viejas y mal cuidadas. No lo recomiendo."
