"Romano Palace Luxury Hotel is absolutely not a 5-star hotel — it’s barely a 2-star establishment at best! ho dovuto fare 50km per cenare perchè c'era il giorno di chiusura del ristorante.
La piscina andrebbe decisamente sistemata per via del calcare.
Mancavano gli asciugamani per la piscina.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è soddisfacente"

"Room was clean and large but in a very old style antique building with antique furnitures, lift was small and slow, Gaetano provided excellent overall services, other staff also very friendly, breakfast was quite good with varieties in an ancient beautiful dining room, coffee machine provided many kinds of hot drink, shopping and sightseeing were within walking distances. The air condition in the room was not strong and cool enough due to temperature was high at around 40c on my first day."
