"Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, the ice machine looked like it had some sort of nasty leakage.
