"Ive stayed at this hotel multiple times and its very decent. However, last night the front desk was not helpful. I booked an online reservation hours prior, I went to check in amd they told me I needed a card for a "virtual wallet". I said I already paid and you can use my card for the security deposit. They said no you need to call expedia amd have them set up your virtual wallet. This was at 11pm. After 45 mins expedia gave me a number for the front desk to call amd set it up. I related the...

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Raleigh/Cary and couldn't have been more impressed.
The room was absolutely huge—one of the largest hotel rooms I've stayed in. There was plenty of space to spread out, relax, and feel comfortable throughout my stay. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very welcoming experience from the moment I walked in.

"The guy that checked us in was very rude. The pillows were paper thin and the shower was an absolute geyser of water. But the room did not smell of cigarettes which was awesome! And the AC was great and if you can play some white noise on your phone to drown out the fire alarm constantly beeping in the hallway, then you’ll be great!"
