"We arrived and went right to the balcony and enjoyed the ocean and pool view, wonderful, woke up and the pool was draining and within a few hours they were jackhammering the pool inside. "The stay started badly. The room was full of fruit flies. I told the staff about it on my way out to dinner, i was told they would take care of it.
