"This hotel is closed so please dont book here, we arrived and it was shut down.
However, Hotels.com sorted it out for us in the end and got us a different hotel instead. Am also hoping they remove the hotel from their site. Although we had to stay at 2 different hotels due to availability, I am always pleased with hotels.com customer service and happy but dissappinted because its the second time weve had an issue. The last time we booked (different hotel) the hotel was overbooked when we got...

"Room clean, but a lot of cobwebs at the top of the head board. Topper mattress was lumpy in the middle of the bed. Room was only cleaned on day of arrive, bin emptied on second day and cups cleaned. Recreptoon staff and bar staff lovely. Breakfast nice apart from cold coffee and toast."

"The Hotel has parking first come first serve very Narrow drive through alley. Does not have a dessert menu this is done by staff telling you whats on the menu it also does not have a wine list this is very limited. "

"LLWYN Country House is tucked away and down a little lane offering a peaceful stay and close to so many amenities and recreational facilities. Ideally situated for sporting events in Llanelli, the Millenium coastal path , Pembrey Sands, the Gower peninsula and the Carmarthenshire coastline. We received a very warm welcome and a wonderful evening meal and breakfast. Marius is an excellent host and chef and strives for quality.
We would thoroughly recommend and hope to return in the future."

"Excellent friendly hotel. Ample parking, clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant excellent. Owners are very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. There was a minor set back with checking in. Check in from 4 but door locked. It was a little frustrating as I’d been working all day but wasn’t waiting too long. Hopefully was a one off as I will be surely checking in again when I’m in the area. "

"Newly renovated very nice room in the coach house.
Staff were outstanding throughout, very helpful friendly and polite.
Evening meal and breakfast were excellent, again with great staff members.
Only reason it doesn't get 5* is the sauna was out of action in the spa and the pool is quite small"

"Roomy dog friendly accommodation located off the courtyard. Not wonderful in bad weather as have to walk across the courtyeard in the rain to get to the main building."
