"Séjour excellent et ambiance de château"

"It was very easy to check in - we parked underground and they gave us a ticket that allowed us in and out privileges- we didnt need it tho cause everything was within walking distance- we thought it would be noisy facing the pool but with the patio door closed its very quiet. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant Beffroi and it was amazing! The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Totally recommend we will definitely be back."

"La réception nous a remis un mauvais numéro de chambre pour laquelle, comme de raison, la clé ne fonctionnait pas. Ma fille, qui porte le même nom de famille et qui occupait une chambre adjacente a offert de passer à la réception chercher la bonne clé pour moi. Le personnel a carrément refusé de lui remettre citant les règlements de l’hôtel ce qui est compréhensible sauf que ça ne s’est pas fait de façon courtoise malgré que c’était l’erreur de la réception de nous avoir assigné la mauvaise...

"La chambre est minuscule Tôt le matin,tu entends la douche et les gens parler. Matelas moyen et oreillers pas confortable du tout."

"We had a very nice stay, the location is very close to the old Quebec City, we could park the car in the hotel’s parking and walk to there. The heated pool was very fun. The room and pool were very clean. The staff were very nice and friendly."

"Salle de bain aurait besoin d’être rénovée c’est les mêmes qu’il y a 25 ans. Par contre les chambres ont été rénovées et c’est très bien."

"The hotel is a bit dated. Our room location was great, as it was right next door to the outdoor spa. It was ok for the price we paid."

"The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and arranged for us to have an early check-in (and held our luggage for us until he had the room ready). It was an excellent stay in Old Quebec. Thank you!"

"This property is beautiful, well maintained, staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities and even a Nespresso. Location is about 15 to 20min by car to get to the pier on the Chateau Frontenac and Uber comes to pick you up in front of the hotel very quickly. Hotel has parking as well. Great breakfast and welcoming cookie is delightful! I certainly would stay there again ❤️"

"Room was pristine, staff was very helpful in every way. Only downside was the parking lot size, there was some sort of convention and every space but one was taken for the night, we got lucky on that part otherwise we would’ve had to find someplace else to park."
