"Very nice. I will definitely go back and recommend. Best 5 star hotel on our italy trip. My family loved it. They had a 5 percent "discretionary" tip added to my bill which came as a surprise. I like to tip myself, which i did while i was there. I asked them ti remove it and they did. Ive stsyed at olenty of places thst have a service fee, which i don't have a problem with as long as its clearly stated before i check in. That 5 percent left a bad taste being the very last thing you...

"We had a very nice three-night stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the location and atmosphere were beautiful with an amazing view. The breakfast was also good considering the price we paid per night. The only small downside was that the internet connection was a bit weak, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied."
