"We arrived at 1pm and there was no one in the lobby. We called both numbers and noons answered. It left a negative first impression. We had to return around 4pm and finally someone was there to check us in. This point must be improved. Other than that, everything was fine and acceptable. Thanks to Sandino for his kind attention and for upgrading us to a room with a desk. "
