"The swimming pool isn’t open due to a fire. Breakfast is very repetitive. It is around a 20 minute walk to the Ski lift. "

"This hotel really didn’t live up to its price tag. Staff largely unhelpful, no concierge service for cases, spa only open 10am-2pm for guests unless they want to pay extra. The steam room was out of action, the pool was cold, the jacuzzi was below temperature, as was the sauna. The room was dark and tea/coffee was not re-stocked. In a nutshell, won’t visit again any time soon. "

"Overall: good location, great bar, but the hotel management needs to look into upskilling hotel staff. Pros: bar and restaurant, and a bartender who knows what he’s doing. Professional, attentive, creative. Cons: major lack of services. Good luck finding anyone at breakfast if you need water. Cleaning crew is missing pieces here and there, and frankly don’t seem to care, otherwise, they would have reported shower curtain covered in mold. Sauna is overloaded with dirty towels. "Breakfast not the best, only hot was powdered scrambled egg, burnt bacon and hash browns sat in fat. Room very noisy, chairs and tables moving on a wooden foor, 107. Was told it was because the staff room was directly above, they’ve had the same complaints previously "

"The best thing about the Parc Hotel is the location for accessing the ski lifts. The Hotel is situated in the centre of lower part of town so easy to walk to shops, climbing centre and close to bus routes. The rooms are clean and comfortable and staff very attentive and kind. I would recommend this hotel for families. "

"We hadden een ruim mooi compleet appartement met zicht op de ski pistes. Animatie activiteiten is alleen in het frans en voor ons dus niet begrijpelijk. Zwembad gaat pas om 10 open en is ca 21 graden. Wel mooi groot bad. Wellness is verder beperkt t.o.v. aantal gasten. Zelf handdoeken meenemen of extra huren. Pendelbus naar de gondel iedere 10 minuten is ideaal (2 minuutjes lopen vanuit het complex). Skibus naar ander dorp is via betaalde lijndienst!"
