"The overall experience was pleasant. I was just a little disappointed that the rooms are not modern enough and had no usb charging ports. The electricity sockets are square instead of using the universal round. Also has to choose between having the fridge on or using the electric kettle."

"I stayed three nights and the room was clean and simple. Amazing wifi, but poor tv reception and selection. My room was near the office and spa and there was a lot of foot traffic and noise -- I'd recommend a room on the second floor. They seem to be renovating so there was renovation noise after 9 am too. "Really enjoyed our stay here. It was such a characterful hotel and our room was gorgeous with beautiful views over the Chobe river from the balcony. The game drives and river cruise were really good and a reasonable price. I would say, the service was very up and down, sometimes outstanding, at other times quite cold and disorganised.
