"The overall experience was pleasant. I was just a little disappointed that the rooms are not modern enough and had no usb charging ports. The electricity sockets are square instead of using the universal round. Also has to choose between having the fridge on or using the electric kettle."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. It was such a characterful hotel and our room was gorgeous with beautiful views over the Chobe river from the balcony. The game drives and river cruise were really good and a reasonable price. I would say, the service was very up and down, sometimes outstanding, at other times quite cold and disorganised. "Chose to stay at Cozy Palms while attending a conference at the Grand Palm which is nearby.
Cozy Palms itself is fine, and the staff and manager very helpful. A basic motel-style place with cooked breakfast. Wifi was very slow with drop outs. The proprietor picked me up from the airport (arranged in advance) and also took me back there for my departure, with a stop on the way at the craft shop to get some (good) souvenirs. Definitely Cozy - just 6 rooms.

"Have stayed many times over the years and been very happy, unfortunately the condition and smell of my room was not up to standard this time. I booked and paid for a room for 2 people months in advance but was given a room set up for 1. I don’t expect to stay there again."
