"The code for the wasn’t sent to me, but a phone call fixed that. There are no staff so everything is done by phone or message. Car park is nearby and reasonable. The room was fine with a good shower although it smelt as if someone had been smoking on the landing (not the room) Breakfast is very basic, toast, yoghurt Nescafé and cereals. But that was ok. It’s fine for two nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for a lot longer. Good value overall if basic. "

"What a fantastic hotel. Location was great, right in the middle of it all. Room was great with loads of room. The room Needs coat hangers and some draws for clothes as we had to live out of our bags. Up date the blinds, apart from this we would stay again. Breakfast room was great as well, just get cups that fit in the coffee machine. The staff assisted us straight away when asked. All done through WhatsApp. WiFi was brilliant"

"We had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. We were late arriving and reception were very friendly and helpful. The home was very warm, clean and smelled fresh and new. Housekeeping had done a great job. The location was quiet and peaceful. The food in the clubhouse was very tasty and well priced. The bar staff were great. Overall, everyone made it a lovely stay. We would definitely go back and look at buying there."

"Homely and welcoming accomodation in remote part of Lincolnshire. Food is only served to b and b guests, and bar is only open in evening. Perfect for visiting places such as Tattershall and Woodhall Spa"

"What an apartment! I was so worried about coming here! My husband was admitted to hospital while on holiday and this was the only affordable place I could find, I thought for the price it would be a dump but how shocked was I? It was amazing, so clean and so big. It is located right in the centre and surrounded by shops and cafes. We’ve had the best stay in the worst circumstances and I would 100% recommend! Me and my son felt safe due to the locked gate then locked outside door!"
