staff are all so lovely and helpful.
the hotel is well maintained overall, just wish the rooms were vacuumed every day, and bedding was replaced, e.g. pillows that had hair on them were left out for replacing but just put away in the wardrobes.
really really appreciated how muslim-friendly the hotel is. there is a nice prayer room with its own ablution room, which was never too busy + had a sisters' section behind a curtain. all the food is halal + no alcohol served on the premises at all. the male staff were all very respectful. and a prayer mat was left in our room by the cleaners, which was so so sweet!
was a shame that the spa treatment services were permanently closed the day before we arrived and we weren't informed at all as this was a large part of why we booked. we wouldn't have cancelled our booking but would have appreciated the transparency. wish the women-only hours for the spa/pool facilities were extended or more frequent.
overall, would definitely book this hotel again and recommend to others. "
