"This is a rather basic hotel at a freeway stop, but it works for a place to stay for a night. It would help if there were a way to get to the hotel not by the freeway, where there is a toll."

"I was incredibly disappointed with my recent stay. On a day when the outside temperature hit 103°F, the air conditioning in my room completely failed to work. While staff did eventually bring up a fan, it did very little to cool the room down, making it nearly impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, a staff member came to inspect the unit and dismissively claimed it was "working," despite the room remaining stiflingly hot. "Beautiful property great location. My major issue was with the air-conditioning. There was none. It was a hot day in Amboise and the room was stifling. I opened the window to cool down but got bit by mosquitoes. I spoke to the front staff who said their heating and cooling were an eco-friendly system that didn’t work well on extreme temperature days. Other than that lovely day."
