"Beautiful Geoffrey Bowa- designed boutique hotel set in a beautifully tended garden. This is our second stay & it didnt disappoint. The staff remembered us after 4 years! "I couldn't fill in the boxes above so out of 5 with 5 being top, overall it's a 4. Hotel staff 3 - some training needed there, although they did try to be helpful, hotel condition and facilities 4 though more sunbeds are needed. Room clean so 4, comfort I would say 3 as double bed was too small, mattress very soggy and uncomfortable, pillows lumpy. "This was a stunning end to my stay in Sri Lanka. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and general manager was around and introduced himself during breakfast. Cocktails and food was great. Breakfast was excellent. So many choices and nothing too much trouble. I can see it may be an issue in high season, but in October there was enough sunloungers at the pool and beach for everyone. Water supplied in room and on the beach/pool areas. WiFi was fast and reliable. Hotel offered turn down service which was a nice touch. Tip try the King Colada! Thank you Banisha for being so friendly and welcoming! <3"
