"Das Hotel und das zugehörige Restaurant waren - trotz Reservierung für beides - geschlossen! Keine Info weil man uns angeblich nicht erreichen konnte. Weder Mail noch Telefon oder Handy zeigen Versuche. Immerhin hat man uns notdürftig empfangen und untergebracht. Dafür ein "Danke schön". Zum Abend haben wir unseren Reiseproviant verspeist. Den Abschluss unseres Sommerurlaub haben wir uns ganz anders vorgestellt. Aber wir hatten nach 760 km auf der Autobahn keine Lust auf Suche nach einem Lokal....

"Most of the staff were great, room was a bit small and the extra bed (couch) was really to hard ro sleep on. So we booked an extra room dor our son. His room was quite cool, not like our room. Our room was warm and humid. We asked if they could put on th airco instead of the ventilator modus. The guy at the desk told us that he could not change that and that there was no technician in the hotel to fix it. And we couldn't get another cooler room. So we didn't sleep well at all. "Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was die Zimmer angeht... Ein alter, verfleckter Teppich und eine Dusche, wo das Emaille schon abgeblitzt ist....aber es war sehr sauber. Die Matratzen ( Federkern) könnten auch ausgetauscht werden, allerdings ist das ja in Frankreich fast Standard. Die Lage ist prima, die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und nett und der Preis war super."

"We were doing a late checkin, but after multiple calls and emails they wouldnt give us the checkin details. So had to take a extra days leave just to reach before 7pm. We stayed on one of the hottest days in Nancy, temperatures were around 39 degrees and we didnt know they dont have airco and no proper ventillation, we were cooked.
